Job Summary:
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
They will be in chargeΒ of all mechanical scheduled and corrective maintenance on Khormor facilities during the operating phase, in compliance with regional and industry standards.
They will carry out all scheduled and corrective mechanical maintenance on Khormorβs installations in compliance with industry and local regulations.
They will take on a multitasking position to assist the field operations team of Production Operations and will be involved in Root Cause Analysis, Fault-Finding, and Repair of all Static and Rotating Mechanical Equipment.
They will contributeΒ to the development and evaluation of work instructions, task plans, and maintenance processes.
Principal Tasks and Accountabilities
ESSENTIAL PURPOSE
Task Assigning and Organizing
maintains a safe working environment for the team by adhering to and routinely reviewing protocols (such as task instructions, permits-to-work, task risk assessments, and toolbox talks).
Makes certain that laws, regulations, and government standards are followed.
Verifies adherence to company policies, guidelines, procedures, and philosophies.
oversees all on-site repairs at the Khormor LPG recovery facility.
oversees significantΒ repairs and overhauls, provides assistance to other disciplines, and, when needed, manages the worksite for vendors, contractors, and specialists.
carries out independent and vendor-collaborated fault-finding and Root Cause Analysis on mechanical and associated issues.
Completes and Documents Evidence Testing Safety and Environmental Critical Equipment (SECE) to make sure its performance standard is being followed while it operates. makes certain that all mistakes are noted and thatcarries out and documents Safety and Environmental Critical Equipment (SECE) proof testing to make sure the equipment is running in accordance with its performance standard. makes certain that any shortcomings are noted and that corrective action is finished on schedule.
guarantees that, in order to fulfill the desired reliability and βuptimeβ Key Performance Indicators, Plant and Equipment is maintainedΒ in accordanceΒ with compliance and integrity requirements.
Makes certain that every action is accurately and completely documented in the SAP (Computerized Maintenance Management System) (CMMS).
Ensures that any modification to the plant or equipment is appropriately and completely documented in the CMMS.
Verifies that every Maintenance Procedure is included, correct, and up to date in the CMMS.
Verifies that all spares data, including job BOMs and equipment, are current, correct, and present in the CMMS.
Prepares work and manpower planning and scheduling for the CMMS on a weekly, biweekly, and monthly basis in collaboration with the planning team.
prepares work, including task lists, spares requirements, and support services inside the CMMS, in collaboration with the planning team.
manages the Work Backlog in collaboration with the Planning Team and Discipline Supervisors.
gathers information about the state of the equipment. suggests enhancing risk-based equipment inspection and condition monitoring, and he helps the Reliability team carry out and enhance equipment reliability projects.
maintains appropriate system cleanliness and good housekeeping.
provide junior, technician, and trainee staff guidance and mentoring.
engages in emergency response activities as needed, which may involve firefighting and search and rescue duties.
Minimum Requirements for Technical and Educational Credentials
Mechanical discipline at the technical institute level
ten or more years of expertise in the oil and gas sector.
a thorough awareness of local safety management laws and a wealth of experience dealing with safety management systems.
thorough knowledge of the tools, procedures, and utility systems used in oil and gas production
It is preferred if you have experience with Waukesha/Caterpillar gas engines, reciprocating and centrifugal gas compressors, and turbo-expanders.
Strong CMMS system experience; SAP is desired.
An advantage for a candidate is experience with pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up.
